These accounts don’t have any conversations, only a single post in their own blog linking to something on bigliving.co.uk that they are selling. These accounts are just sitting there, probably hoping that someone clicks on their profile and visits their website. There are at least 25 of these accounts in Kinja.

not here, but the only Facebook “friend” requests I’ve ever received are from obvious spam troll accounts. Let’s see, chick I’ve never heard of from somewhere else in the country wants to be friends, her account photo is of a (pretty hot) 20 something obviously from a photo shoot/modeling, with no other information in her profile? When I get a new follow, I like to check out their posts, if I don’t already recognize them. I’ve gotten a few of those mystery sellers, and I’m starting to see a pattern too. I’m more careful to avoid clicking the link in their one-paragraph posts now.

It makes me wish I could kick them off, but to be honest it seems harmless, so I try to forget about them. All it does is clutter up my follower list.
